Marissa Weiss

Marissa Weiss graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UW-Madison in 2013. Afterwards she embarked on a journey fueled by her passion for making patient’s lives better through healthcare. In 2018, Marissa joined the esteemed Department of Human Oncology, where she dedicated her talents to the pursuit of understanding and combatting cancer through research. Recognizing the importance of leadership, Marissa pursued further education and earned her MBA, equipping herself with the strategic skills necessary to navigate the complexities of research management. In May of 2024, Marissa achieved a significant milestone in her career as she assumed the role of Program Manager. In this capacity, she leverages her expertise in healthcare, her business acumen, and her innate leadership abilities to orchestrate and oversee research initiatives aimed at revolutionizing cancer treatment and care.
